Man City made £100m offer for Jack Grealish on Friday; Grealish's move would overshadow Paul Pogba's 2016 exchange to Manchester United and become greatest in English football history.

Jack Grealish will go through a Manchester City clinical on Thursday in ahead of his proposed £100m move from Aston Villa. 

City presented their proposal on Friday and it is perceived Villa will allow Grealish to leave for the Premier League champions. 

The move would address the greatest exchange in English football history, breaking the past record held by Paul Pogba who rejoined Manchester United for £93.25m from Juventus in 2016. 

Grealish, who was offered a drawn out reprieve in the wake of playing for England at Euro 2020, has been preparing with his Villa colleagues in London the entire week and was  with the group on Wednesday. 

Estate offered Grealish a better than ever contract recently, notwithstanding him marking a five-year bargain last September. 

Grealish is a Villa institute graduate and has shown up for the club, scoring 32 objectives.
