FEE SCHEDULE

Jump.AFRICA is committed to a transparent charging policy and here you can find all the information you need about our charges clearly laid out.

FEE ROUNDING

We kindly ask our users to take note on Jump.AFRICA's policy regarding fee calculation. As our fees are calculated to two decimal places, all fees which might exceed this limitation are rounded up. The rounding up is executed in such a way that the second decimal digit is always one digit value higher than it was before the rounding up.

For example; a fee of 0.111 will be charged as 0.12.

Withdrawal Fee

This is the fee for a withdrawal to a bank account in your name following a successful trade.

Example: For a £10,000 Withdrawal Value the fee calculation will be: £10,000 @ 1.5% = £150 ; Total Fee = £150.00 Please be aware that your bank may levy discretionary charges.

Besides the Standard package, rates shown above, depending on the amount of volume you trade; you may be eligible for the below account upgrades which come with a reduced withdrawal rate.

GOLD ACCOUNT

If you are a Gold member you will only be charged 1% on withdrawal. You must be trading $20,000 per month (or equivalent in any currency) to qualify.

PLATINUM ACCOUNT

If you are a Platinum member you will only be charged 0.5% on withdrawal. Also, your rate for receiving payments will be 0.25% instead of 0.5%. You must be trading $50,000 per month (or equivalent in any currency, besides Naira) to qualify.

If you are a business or HNWI that transacts in large volumes of over $150,000 a month, please contact us to discuss what plan will be best suited for you.

Escrow Services

Our Escrow Service fee is 2%, when the escrow transaction is created, the initiator of the escrow can determine who will pay the fee.This will have to agreed by all parties.

Sending and Receiving Money

Sending money to another user on our platform is free for the sender. The receiver will be charged a 1% procession fee.

Banking Charges

Any charges incurred by us as a consequence of payment failures or special payment instructions will be automatically debited from your Jump.AFRICA account.

Payment Recall

If we have processed a withdrawal according to your instructions, then we do not take any responsibility from when this payment is made. If you later request that we assist you with a recall of a payment we will charge 25% of that payment total, this is in the event we can even initiate a recall.

Certificate fees

Issuing a certificate of trade upon request £30 for each day of trading.
