Game of Thrones Spinoff to be Released

A "Game of Thrones" spinoff is in the works folks! Titled "House of the Dragon," the show will be set 300 years before "Game of Thrones" and will be centered on the rise of theTargaryen reign in Westeros. It will be a ten episode series featuring on HBO; the date has yet to be announced!

Initially there were five "Game of Thrones" spinoffs proposed; they may all be coming to our screens in an order chronological to the storyline's timeline. 

The franchise is based on author George R.R. Martin's book "Song of Ice and Fire." Martin, along with Ryan Condal, co-created the Game of Thrones series.
